Animal Tissue Culture Kits
ANCHORAGE DEPENDENT CELL CULTURE KIT (CHICK EMBRYO CULTURE)
Primary cultures are derived directly form excised, normal animal tissue and cultured either as explant culture or following dissociation into a single cell suspension by enzyme digestion. Such cultures are initially heterogeneous but later become dominated by fibroblasts. The kit enables user to prepare the cell suspension from the chick embryo and grow them in the suitable nutrient medium and observe the morphology of grown cells by the aid of staining.

ANCHORAGE INDEPENDENT CELL CULTURE KIT (LYMPHOCYTE CULTURE)
Cells can be isolated from tissues for ex vivo culture in several ways. Cells can be easily purified from blood, however only the white cells are capable of growth in culture. The cells derived form the blood can be best grown as suspension cultures. The kit will enable user to culture the cells and stain to observe their morphology.

CELL VIABILITY ANALYSIS KIT
For the majority of manipulations using cell cultures, such as transfections, cell fusion techniques, cryopreservation and subculture routines it is necessary to quantify and assess the viability of the number of cells prior to use. The kit enables user to quantify and assess the viability of both anchorage dependent cells as well as anchorage independent cells.

KARYOTYPING KIT
A karyotype is the characteristic chromosome complement of an eukaryote species. Karyotypes can be used for many purposes; such as, to study chromosomal aberrations, cellular function, taxonomic relationships, and to gather information about past evolutionary events. The kit enables user to grow the cells, arrest them in the metaphase, and stain to observe the chromosomes.
